Contact information you provide: When you fill out our strategy-call qualifying form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the city you serve, whether you own or operate a business, your readiness to fund ad spend, and your budget range.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this site.

Standard technical data: Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to share page views, form and booking events, browser/click identifiers, IP address and browser details with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for ad measurement and optimization. Email, phone, name and city are shared for matching only after your explicit acceptance on our form. The Pixel hashes these contact details; server reports send hashed values. Hashing is not anonymization. We retain your acceptance timestamp, the exact notice, page URL and regional advertising choice with your lead.

We do not load the Meta Pixel or send server advertising events for visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, or when location is unresolved. Ad clicks and impressions still count. Elsewhere tracking is enabled unless you opt out, including through Global Privacy Control.

To withdraw at any time, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser and stops new events, including linked CRM booking reports. Prior acceptance evidence is retained alongside withdrawal. For other browsers or CRM leads not linked to this browser, message us on Instagram at @luke.scales.marketing. Withdrawing ad sharing does not cancel requested contact or a call.

Our embedded scheduling calendar (provided by GoHighLevel) may also set minimal functional cookies necessary for it to operate correctly.

We use the information you provide to evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your business, contact you about scheduling a strategy call, and maintain records of client and prospect communications.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our advertising sharing with Meta may constitute sharing under California privacy law; you can opt out using the footer link.

GoHighLevel (GHL): We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling platform. When you submit the form or book a call, your information is stored in GoHighLevel to manage follow-up and scheduling.

Google Fonts: This site loads fonts from Google's font service, which involves a request to Google's servers for font files.

We keep your information as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, message us on Instagram at @luke.scales.marketing.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
